If you are struggling with low mood and depression, the Changeways© Core Program can help you create positive changes in your life. Two main goals of the program are to; provide information and strategies to help with problems related to depression, and help apply these ideas in life, at one's own pace, to help cope with and recover from depression. The program is based on cognitive behavioural therapy principles, which have been shown to work for people who experience depression and other conditions.
